Your Satisfaction is important to Competition Electronics. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. In most cases, service work has a one week turn around time.

RETURN FORM

Complete this form in its entirety to ensure your return is processed correctly. Include this form with the product you wish to return.

1. Ship original form with dated sales receipt. Keep a copy for your records.

2. Return item(s) and all related components to Competition Electronics Inc. (in original packaging if possible).

3. Ship packages via UPS or USPS. Please note, CODs will not be accepted.

4. Any warranty work performed will require a dated sales receipt.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Competition Electronics product, please contact Competition Electronics, Inc. technical support at 815/874-8001. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty.  Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
Some problems may be due to an operating consideration that needs further explanation. 

30 DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your CEI purchase, please send the product back following the above instructions.  In order to receive a refund or exchange, the product must have been purchased from Competition Electronics.  You must provide a copy of the dated sales receipt.  The product must be returned to the CEI warehouse within 30 calendar days of the dated sales receipt.  All products must be in like new condition, packaged in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that was shipped with the product.  A refund will be issued in the same form of payment the product was purchased with, minus shipping/handling charges.  We will call you when your product has been repaired and let you know the charges due.  Payment can be made with a Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.  Include a copy of the sales receipt for warranty repairs. Normal turn-around time is 5 working days.
